How We Ship

Every piece is hand-carved to order in small batches — here's what that means for timing.

Processing time Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be carved, finished, and packed before it ships. This isn't a warehouse pick-and-pack — it's an actual person shaping actual wood, so we ask for a little patience here.

Domestic shipping (US) Once your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

International shipping We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Order tracking As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can watch your new housemate make their way to you.
