3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be in writing and contain the following:

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
