1. WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRAFTED?

Every BeeRusty figurine is hand-carved in our dedicated artisan workshop. To ensure you receive a truly authentic piece without unnecessary retail markups, we ship your order directly from our workbench to your home. This "direct-from-maker" approach allows us to maintain strict quality control and offer you the best possible value.

2. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Because our items are handmade and undergo quality checks, please allow us a little time to prepare your order.
  • Processing Time: [2-4] business days for us to inspect, pack, and hand over your package to the carrier.
  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes [10-15] business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
  • Note: During peak holidays, shipping might take a little longer. We appreciate your patience with our handmade process.

3. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Simply click on the link in the email or visit our "Track Your Order" page on the website.
  • Please note: Sometimes, the carrier takes 1-3 days to update the first scan in the system. If you don't see movement immediately, don't worry - your package is on its way!

4. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We try to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or update your shipping address, please email us at support@beerusty.store within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • After 12 hours: Your order may have already been packed and handed to the carrier. In this case, we cannot cancel it, but you can return the item once you receive it.

5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your BeeRusty piece!
  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged (wood is natural, accidents happen!), please email us immediately with a photo and your Order #. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund right away.
  • Standard Returns: If you simply change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
